Patrice (who will soon open his first Locali) and Fio (Executive Chef) achieved an incredible feat in the Traditional American category. 750 participants. A blind judging panel. A team victory and an outstanding accomplishment for our young restaurant.
We also want to highlight the impressive performances of John Sanoudakis (Head of Operations) and Samuel Goddard (NO.900 Bromont), who placed 7th and 20th in the world, respectively, in the Best Cheese category.
And that’s not all: Fio also secured 4th place worldwide in the Dairy-Free category.
